Ingredients:

Sugar, water, wheat flour, veg. oil, brown sugar, walnuts, 4% cocoa, glucose, dry eggs, 0.7% vanilla sugar, salt with iodine, raising agent: baking powder (E500), chocolate flavour.

   260 g water

     90 g cut walnuts

Procedure: Mr. Henry's Brownies

Use mixing bowl and scraper

Put the mix in the mixing bowl

Add water little at a time at low speed to avoid lumps

Then mix another 2 min. at middle speed

Add walnuts

 

Dough weight                     : 3.550 g  =  54 pieces each 65 g or

  4.500 g = 45 pieces each 100 g

Tin                                      : (58 x 43 cm) – Wooden tin: (54 x39 cm)

Decoration                          : When the cake is cold, put on chocolate fudge

Baking temp.                      : 175°C.

Baking time                        : Approx.  35 - 40 min. depending on dough weight

Procedure: Mr. Henry’s Chocolate Cookies

Use mixing bowl and scraper
Place the mix in the mixing bowl. Add margarine, chocolate chips and water little at a time

 

Preparation

Roll down the dough to a thickness of about 10 mm and cut into pieces (dia. 6 cm) or roll the dough to a dia. of 10 mm in thickness, cut into slices of about 50 g and place on a greasy baking sheet

185°C

Baking time
