Ingredients:
Sugar, water, wheat flour, veg. oil, brown sugar, walnuts, 4% cocoa, glucose, dry eggs, 0.7% vanilla sugar, salt with iodine, raising agent: baking powder (E500), chocolate flavour.

90 g cut walnuts
1.350 g dough in total

Put the mix in the mixing bowl
Add water little at a time at low speed to avoid lumps
Then mix another 2 min. at middle speed
Add walnuts

4.500 g = 45 pieces each 100 g
Tin : (58 x 43 cm) – Wooden tin:
(54 x39 cm)
Decoration : When the cake is cold, put on
chocolate fudge
Baking temp. : 175°C.
