Since 1928, a traditional mill, which has been growing and modernized continuously, turned into what is now known as the " Chalkidiki Flour Mills s.a" are dealing in the storing, trading and processing of cereals plus storing and trading in all kind of grains and seeds. The main markets for its products, apart from the domestic, is the middle East, Africa, Europe primarily but not limited to Denmark, Germany, Italy, Iceland and all neighboring countries.

The industrial complex is composed of the following sections:

SOFT WHEAT FLOUR MILL
Capacity 250 mt / 24h. A new installation, full electronically controlled.
a. Soft wheat flour b. Whole meal flour c. Confectionery flour d. Ready bread mixes - Multi grains, Corn bread mix, Ciabatta-Italian bread, French Baguette, Dark rye bread, Oat bran bread, Lupin base mix, French croissant, Original Danish Pastry, Sunflower seed bread, Dark fiber mix, etc. e. DURUM WHEAT FLOUR MILL
Capacity 120 mt / 24h. A new installation, full electronically controlled.
a. Durum Semolina (Fine and coarse) for pasta, creams, kuskus, special breads, topping etc. b. Durum wheat flour for baking
MAIZE MILL
Capacity 200 mt / 24h new installations, full electronically controlled.
a. Maize grits for snacks production ( no. 101 & 105 & 108 & type C) - with specifications as requested. b. Maize grits for beer production c. Maize yellow flour for admixture specially made for breads and baby foods. s.
STORING AND DRYING PLANT
a. Storage and silos with a total capacity of 65,000 mt. b. Loading and discharging capacity of about 300 mt/h. c. Drying plant suitable for wheat, maize, rice, sunflower seed with a capacity of about 1.100 mt/24h.
